Decide with evidence.
Deliver through design.
Define the three scenes your customer wants to live in and lock them into message and image. The output is a one-page guide you can hand straight to an agency.
Where brand work usually breaks
- Your visuals change with whoever made them last
- Feedback to designers is taste-based, so revisions never end
- The message sounds like every competitor in your category
- Photos look fine but do not make anyone want the outcome
A one-page brand guide: three scenes, one message, and the visual rules that make both repeatable.
Logo design, a full identity system, or a photo shoot.
From aspiration to executable rules
01 · Aspiration type
Identify which of the aspiration patterns your customer is actually buying.
02 · Three scenes
Write the before, during and after scenes as concrete images, not slogans.
03 · Word swaps
Replace category-generic words with words only you can credibly say.
04 · One-line message
Compress the scenes into one sentence that survives being read alone.
05 · Visual rules
Turn the scenes into color, type, framing and prop rules.
06 · One-page guide
Package everything into a page you can hand to a designer or agency.
The scene set you define
Three images carry the whole story: where the customer is, how it changes, and where they end up.
The situation the customer is stuck in
Shot so the viewer recognizes their own week, not a stock-photo office.
The moment your product does its job
Shows how the change happens, which is what makes the promise believable.
The scene the customer wants to be in
Specific enough that they can imagine themselves in it tomorrow.
More time deciding than listening
Diagnose your current message
Check whether your line could be said by a competitor without changing a word.
Define the three scenes
Write the before/during/after cuts on the template with feedback.
Fix visual rules
Color, type, framing and prop decisions written as rules, not preferences.
Assemble the one-page guide
Compress everything into a single page you can hand off immediately.

Before you apply
I am not a designer. Can I use the outputs?
That is the point. The one-page guide is written so a designer, agency or AI image tool can execute it without asking about taste.
Do we take real photos in the session?
No. We define the shot list and rules; you can then shoot, source or generate the images.
Should I take this before the landing page session?
Either order works. Many take the funnel session first and use this one to fix the visuals afterwards.
